What to Expect on Your First Visit

Consultation: We will go over your medical history, complaints if you have any, and what’s important to you in terms of health goals. This gives us a better idea of who you are, where you’re at in your health and wellness journey, and how we can best serve you.

Examination: The exam will consist of range of motion testing, orthopedic tests, and posture analysis. This all helps us see what is going on with your body and gives us objective measurements for the future, so that progress can be tracked.

Spinal Analysis: Here is where we will check you for subluxations- areas of your spine that aren’t moving properly, that are blocked, and are impacting the communication within your nervous system.

*If deemed necessary by consultation and exam, we will refer you out for x-rays. This is typically the case with major traumas/car accidents, suspected fracture, instability, disc slippage, or severe nerve interference.

Adjustment: If x-rays are not needed, you will receive your first adjustment right after the initial exam. This is included in the initial exam price.

Second Visit

Report of Findings & Adjustment: At your next appointment, we will go over findings from your initial visit and what those findings mean. We will give you a care recommendation based on your individual and specific needs. We’ll talk about different payment options and find a way forward into chiropractic care that suits your schedule and that you can afford. This will be followed by your next chiropractic adjustment.
